Required Monthly Program Subscription — $29 per Month

Maintain Access to TCR’s Certified Product Program

This monthly subscription is required for brands participating in the Temecula Coffee Roasters Fairtrade® Organic Private-Label Program.

An active subscription maintains your brand’s eligibility to list, market, sell and order approved Fairtrade® and organic private-label products produced through TCR’s certified roasting, packaging and fulfillment system.

The program provides an unusually accessible way for private-label brands to enter the certified coffee category without building their own roastery, establishing a separate certified handling operation or committing to traditional large production runs.

Subscription Price

$29 per Month

This subscription:

• Costs $29 per month
• Begins when the subscription purchase is completed
• Renews automatically each month
• Uses the payment method provided at checkout
• Continues until cancelled

By completing this subscription purchase, you expressly authorize Temecula Coffee Roasters to charge your payment method $29 each month until you cancel.

The monthly subscription fee is separate from:

• The $299 initial brand onboarding fee
• The current $97 organic product and label approval fee
• Product costs
• Label design and printing
• Samples
• Shipping
• Marketplace or third-party fees

The subscription does not include products, shipping or approval of additional products or labels.

What the Subscription Provides

While the subscription remains active and the brand remains in good standing, it provides:

• Continued participation in the TCR Fairtrade® Organic Private-Label Program
• Continued eligibility to order approved program products
• Access to eligible certified Fairtrade® and organic coffees
• Use of approved product labels and certification language
• Access to TCR’s certified roasting, packaging and fulfillment system
• General support with program procedures
• Coordination of required product and label submissions
• Program and certification updates
• Continued access to individual-order and wholesale opportunities, where available

The subscription does not independently certify the participating brand, its business or its facilities.

Only specifically approved products may be represented as Fairtrade®, organic or dual-certified, as applicable to the individual product.

Eligibility Requirements

This subscription is available only to brands that have:

• Purchased the required $299 initial onboarding
• Been accepted into the program by TCR
• Completed or begun the required product and label approval process
• Agreed to the Fairtrade® Organic Private-Label Program Terms

Purchasing the monthly subscription does not, by itself, approve a brand, product, label, website listing, advertisement or certification claim.

A product may not be listed, marketed, ordered or sold as Fairtrade® or organic until all required approvals have been completed.

Product and Label Approval

Each organic private-label product and its associated label must complete the applicable review and approval process before use.

The current organic product and label approval fee is $97 per product/label submission.

This fee covers the administration and submission required to add the private-label product to TCR’s certified organic program and obtain approval of the associated label. It does not independently certify the participating brand or its business operations.

A new submission and fee may be required if the brand changes:

• The product
• The product name
• The label
• The brand identity
• The product size or format
• The distributor statement
• Certification language or marks
• Another regulated or certifier-controlled element

Approval applies only to the exact brand, product, format and label submitted.

Use of Certification Claims and Marks

An active subscription provides only a limited, conditional and revocable right to use certification language and marks specifically approved for an approved product.

The participating brand may not:

• Represent the brand itself as certified unless it holds its own applicable certification
• Represent an unapproved product as Fairtrade® or organic
• Change or transfer an approved label without approval
• Modify or recreate certification marks
• Apply an approved label to another product
• Repackage, relabel, modify, blend or commingle program products
• Use TCR’s certification for products produced or handled elsewhere
• Use certification marks outside the scope of their approval

Any required separate Fairtrade license, registration, agreement or approval must be completed before the brand uses the FAIRTRADE Mark or related Fairtrade® claims.

All certification language and marks remain subject to TCR’s requirements and the requirements of the applicable certification or trademark organization.

Automatic Renewal

The subscription renews automatically each month at $29 until cancelled.

By completing the subscription purchase, the purchaser confirms that they:

• Understand that this is a recurring monthly subscription
• Authorize TCR to charge $29 each month
• Understand how to cancel
• Understand that an inactive subscription ends the brand’s eligibility to participate in the program
• Agree to the Fairtrade® Organic Private-Label Program Terms

A copy of the subscription terms and cancellation instructions will be provided electronically in a form the purchaser can retain.

TCR will maintain a record of the subscription purchase and the version of the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

The subscription may be cancelled:

• Through the customer’s online account; or
• By emailing coffee@temeculacoffeeroasters.com

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.

Unless TCR suspends the account sooner for nonpayment or noncompliance, program access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

Subscription payments already charged are not prorated or refunded except where required by law.

When the current paid period ends, the brand must discontinue participation unless the subscription has been reactivated.

Failed Payments and Inactive Subscriptions

If a required subscription payment fails or the subscription otherwise becomes inactive, TCR may immediately suspend the brand’s participation.

While the subscription is inactive:

• New Fairtrade® and organic orders will not be accepted or fulfilled
• Pending orders containing affected products may be held or cancelled
• New product listings and advertisements may not be created
• Affected products must be removed or deactivated as directed by TCR
• The brand must discontinue unauthorized use of Fairtrade®, organic and related certification claims or marks
• The brand may not represent itself as an active program participant

The treatment of existing compliant inventory—including any permitted sell-through, relabeling, withdrawal or disposal—will be governed by TCR’s written instructions and the requirements of the applicable certification and trademark organizations.

An inactive brand may not assume it has the right to continue using certification claims or marks.

Inactive for More Than 60 Days

If the subscription remains inactive for more than 60 consecutive days, the brand’s program enrollment will lapse.

To return to the program, the brand must:

• Purchase a new $299 onboarding
• Activate a new $29 monthly subscription
• Complete the then-current program requirements
• Resubmit products and labels when required
• Pay applicable product and label approval fees
• Complete any newly required licensing or documentation

Previous product or label approval does not guarantee future approval after a lapse.

Suspension or Termination

TCR may immediately suspend or terminate participation when TCR reasonably believes that continued activity may:

• Violate certification requirements
• Violate trademark or licensing requirements
• Mislead consumers
• Compromise product traceability
• Violate applicable law
• Place TCR’s certification or regulatory standing at risk
• Damage the integrity of the program

TCR may require corrective action before an account or product is reinstated.

Maintaining an active subscription does not prevent TCR from suspending a brand or product for noncompliance.

Product Availability and Program Changes

Certified products are subject to harvests, imports, supplier availability, certification status, quality and TCR’s current product catalog.

Specific products, origins, formats and roast profiles are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

TCR may update, substitute, discontinue or temporarily suspend a product when necessary to protect quality, availability, certification integrity or operational continuity.

Product pricing, approval fees and program requirements may change with notice.

TCR will provide notice of material changes to the monthly subscription, including subscription price changes, before those changes take effect.

Brand Responsibility

Each participating business remains responsible for its:

• Brand
• Product names
• Labels and packaging artwork
• Website and product pages
• Advertisements and social-media content
• Certification and product claims
• Marketplace activity
• Business licenses and registrations
• Compliance with applicable laws and requirements

TCR provides general operational and compliance guidance. This guidance is not legal advice and does not transfer responsibility for the participating brand’s business activities to TCR.

No Guarantee of Results

The subscription provides continued eligibility to participate in the program. It does not guarantee:

• Approval of a product or label
• Approval of a product name or marketing claim
• Marketplace or retailer approval
• Continued availability of a specific coffee
• Sales, revenue or profitability
• Exclusivity within a market or category
• Continued participation if program requirements are not followed

Electronic Acceptance

By completing this subscription purchase, the purchaser confirms that they:

• Have been given an opportunity to review these terms before purchasing
• Have read and understood the recurring subscription terms
• Authorize a $29 charge each month until cancellation
• Agree to the Fairtrade® Organic Private-Label Program Terms
• Are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the participating business and brand
• Understand that electronic acceptance and purchase records have the same effect as a written agreement
