At Temecula Coffee Roasters, we roast in frequent small batches to ensure your coffee is at peak quality when it ships. Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not warehouse inventory—so your coffee isn’t sitting around waiting to be sold.

We’ve built our roasting and fulfillment process to prioritize freshness, responsiveness, and quality. Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted, helping us minimize storage time and deliver coffee that’s full of flavor and character.

Whether you're starting a brand or scaling your coffee business, our process is designed to support you with consistent quality, timely delivery, and a transparent approach to coffee roasting.

Coffee profiles are all created using our Ikawa sample roasters and once we find the best roast level for that lot, we transfer the profile to our 10 & 15KG drum roasters.

The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available. TCR orders generally ship in 1-2 business days. Drop ship orders ship in 3-5 business days (a bit longer during holidays and peak times).
