2023 Holiday Shipping Info - Time to create your policy.

USPS and Fed Ex have announced their holiday guidelines for deliveries.

Thanksgiving:

Orders must ship by 11/16 which means you want them in your store by 11/10.

Direct Ship orders for events the week of 11/13 should be in the queue no later than 10/27

Christmas:

To arrive by Saturday 12/23 (last day for Christmas morning)

Orders must ship by 12/16 which means they must be in our queue by 12/11 - yes some orders received after will likely have time to arrive but be sure to create your holiday shipping policy based on us having a fulfillment time of 3-5 business day and USPS at +1 day or 2-6 business days.

Orders received by 12/11 will ship on or before 12/16.

Orders received on 12/20 will ship on or after 12/26.

Bulk Orders for Scheduled Events:

If you have an event scheduled for the week of 12/18 be sure that order is in the queue by 12/4 at the very latest.

Don’t have the success/failure of your most important events of the year be at risk due to failing to plan ahead.  Give everyone in the process plenty of time for issues.  Sku errors and your label issues can slow orders down, high level of demand can slow us down and we know USPS/UPS and FEDEX will be swamped this season.  Damaged orders are inconvenient but when you allow time to recover, they do not ruin your event.

Sustainability

While you are refreshing your shipping policy be sure to note that all of your packaging is recyclable.

Padded envelopes, boxes and bags used to line the box can all be recycled.

Don't forget that you can use our compostable stand up bag for all of your 12oz and 16oz skus.
