November All Partner Meeting - Date Change.
The last Thursday of the month is Thanksgiving so we will move the all partner meeting to Tuesday 11/26 @ 09:00 Pacific.
This is our last partner meeting of the year and is important as it is the meeting where we discuss as a group (and vote) on the date and time of next year's meetings, the content of our training sessions and the return label name.
We will also briefly discuss: the supply chain, events, 2024 buying trends, and how to best take advantage of all of the current demand.
The invite went out to all active stores via email - if you did not receive it and want to attend, please send an email request.
Shipping Deadline for 12/24 is 12/18 so orders must be in the TCR system by 12/13.
No carrier is guaranteeing delivery dates on ground shipments but for your orders to have the best chance of delivery by 12/24, be sure they are in the app and are shippable by the 13th. Orders without labels or incorrect shipping addresses will be delayed. As always you are responsible for having a label on file prior to listing or selling any item so orders missing labels will receive lowest priority.
Fulfillment Times
All lines are currently running way ahead of expected at 1-3 business days. Average time from order to shipment is currently 34.6 hours. This will stretch from Black Friday until January 15th. Please be sure your customers have realistic expectations. This is a great time to emphasize the fact that all of your coffee is craft roasted in small batches. While we are extremely efficient, it still takes time to create each order, roast, pack and ship it. Be sure you provide a policy or shipping expectation guideline to avoid disappointments as last minute shoppers scramble for the perfect gift.

December Coffee of the month - Whiskey Barrel Aged Guatemala
Region - Huehuetenango, Guatemala
Farm - 400 family owned farms in Huehuetenango
Altitude - 1800-2000 M
Variety - Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra
Soil - Clay Mineral
Process - Fully Washed and Sun Dried
Certification - Conventional
Roast Level - Medium
Cupping Notes - Medium body and bright acidity. Notes of brown sugar. Fruity undertones of cocoa, oak and just a hint of bourbon.
This unique single-origin coffee comes with a twist: we age it in used bourbon whiskey barrels. These barrels, carefully emptied, steam-sterilized, and dried, provide the perfect environment for our green coffee beans to absorb their distinctive flavors. Over 30 days, the beans take on subtle notes of charred oak and whiskey (without any alcohol or additives). Once the aging process is complete, we roast the coffee to a smooth, balanced medium profile, delivering a flavor experience not soon forgotten. A perfect gift for every coffee lover on your list.
