Sales this past week were fantastic, nice work.

Black Friday sales broke last years records and Cyber Monday was "our" (The Dropship Program's) largest sales day ever by +23%!!

We are seeing the trends almost exactly follow the demand survey results and clearly you are selling what buyers want.

There is not a training session this month but if you need help and are not seeing at least +25% in sales over last year, please join the weekly ZOOM Q&A or email in for some help.

Drop Ship lines are running 3-5 BUSINESS days.

Direct Ship lines are running 4-5 BUSINESS days.

Off app 2oz Samples are running 5-7 BUSINESS days.

Due to the huge volumes from Friday/Monday, times may stretch next week based on how busy this weekend is.  We expect to be caught up and at 2-4 by the end of the week.  We will keep you updated here.

If you have a scheduled event, please be sure to allow plenty of time.  A minimum of 2 weeks and we recommend 3 weeks to be safe. There is no reason to risk the success of your year's best exposure opportunity because you don't have product or it was damaged in transit.

Remember, this is an indication only of how many units of any given product have sold.  It does not mean the list is a good offering list or that you should add products from it to your store.  Your niche dictates what will sell best for your brand.  If you need help with managing your offering list, be sure to email and ask.

NEW COFFEE LOTS: as the Q1 lots are hitting the warehouse and we are creating the roast profiles, the farm pages will be updated.  This will take effect in Q1.  Your regional notes will still be accurate but if you want to use the lot specifics, you can start around Dec 15th reviewing and updating your site and labels.

New Monthly ZOOM Times Starting in January.

We took a vote over the past 14 days concluding with yesterday's all partner meeting.  Next year's Q1 and Q2 schedule is as below.  All times Pacific and topics may vary and some meetings will be skipped or postponed based on farm visits, travel schedules, and presenter availability.
