The company’s state-of-the-art facilities in Addis Ababa and specialized pulping stations enable the delivery of exceptional arabica beans to the global market.

Update on the Fairtrade Program.

If you missed the first info meeting, you can sign up for the July meeting by forwarding an email request.

If you attended the meeting and want to join, be sure to pay the onboarding fee to get started.  We will begin forwarding info on July 1 and at that time, you can begin creating labels and submitting them for approval.  Coffee will be available to sell starting on July 15th.  We are still working on the final initial offering list but this will be set by the July 1 update. - Link to Pay.

 Fulfillment Update:

We continue to be fulfilling all orders on all lines in 1-3 business days.  While this is great for service, it also means if you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us via email as soon as the issue is identified.  Once an order has tracking assigned, no change can be made and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.  This means that towards the end of the week, it is only a few hours after an order is placed that it is processed.  Please remember that making any sort of change including 'cancel request' in Shopify has no impact on the wholesale order in the TCR app.  You must contact us via email to modify the wholesale order.
