Just a few reminders.

The 2024 ZOOM meetings are now all on Thursdays.  Monthly meeting invites are automatically sent to the Email on file in the app.  You can also request it the week before the meetings.  

Weekly Q&A are 1:00-2:00 same invite and time as always. (No meeting on 01/18)

Monthly Training:  2:30-3:30 on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Monthly All Partner Meeting:  09:00-10:00 on the last Thursday of the month.

Fulfillment Times

All lines are running 2-3 business days.  All shipping carriers are running normal to fast delivery times.

2oz off app samples are taking 3-4 business days from receipt of payment to fulfillment.

January: Sumatra

Roast level: Medium

Organic

Altitude: 1450-1600 M

Processing: Giling Basha  "semi-natural"- Wet hulled, fermented overnight, dried in  parchment, then hulled to remove the parchment and dried.

Varietal: Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, Jember

Farmers from the Aceh and Lake Tuba area.  Some farms are as small as 100 trees and some as large as a few acres.  The farmers work together to harvest, process and sell their coffee.  The unique environment, varietals, and processing method result in coffee that has more body and earthy notes with lower acidity.

Cupping Notes:  Syrupy Smooth Body, Low Acidity, Earthy, Herbal, and Cranberry.
