Fulfillment Times:

Order volumes are higher than expected but fulfillment times continue to be faster than anticipated.

Dropship orders are shipping in 2-4 days with the average of 31 hours (3 business days).

Direct ship/Bulk orders are shipping in 3-4 business days with an average of 33 hours (3 business days)

Off app 2oz orders are shipping in 4-6 business days.

Remember the USPS shipping cut off times for orders to be delivered by Christmas. (see our Oct 14 update for details).

We are past the cut off for orders to be highly likely to arrive by Christmas.   Orders received by 12/11 will ship by 12/16th and should make it in time.  Many orders received after this will still arrive by 12/24 but we highly recommend a very clear policy to avoid disappointing your buyers.

Please also remember that we are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Days.

Farmers from the Aceh and Lake Tuba area.  Some farms are as small as 100 trees and some as large as a few acres.  The farmers work together to harvest, process and sell their coffee.  The unique environment, varietals, and processing method result in coffee that has more body and earthy notes with lower acidity.
