A group of 60 farmers work together in the foothills of Cordillera to bring us this special lot.  They have decades of experience and knowledge that they share to continually improve the quality of their coffee.

Score: 85

Roast level: City-, Medium Light, Just Past 1st Crack.  This allows the fruity notes to really come through.

Medium Acidity, Smooth Body, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Fruity Notes, Nice Complexity.
