Buying trends are leading us to fall.

Pumpkin Spice is now making the top 10 and we recommend that if you aren't selling it, add it seasonally.  For some reason, we are getting a lot of labels with incorrect ingredients for this and other flavored coffees.  Remember - "Ingredients: Coffee, Natural Flavorings".

The Q4 2023 Pricing is now available

We are very happy that we were able to keep the increase below actual inflation through continuing to leverage our economy of scale and efficiencies.  Shipping made up the majority of the increase with bags and labor making up the rest. Your competitive set will have had 9-11% increases in production cost over this same period of time, so you can compete aggressively and your margins will actually increase when you watch the market and  "follow it up".   Demand continues to outpace supply driving prices higher.

2oz Off-APP Sample Program

The popularity and success generated by this program has led to a huge increase in orders.  We will be running 5-7 business days for fulfillment on this program until further notice.  We do not expect it to decrease between now and the 15th of January.  Pricing is not included in the app price sheets.  

Q4 2023:  12-132 units per sku will be $2.50 plus shipping. 144+units per sku will be $2.25.  This reflects the cost increase in valved 2oz bags plus the increases in labor (this is a very labor intense product).  

New Partner Limits (20 per month)

Every year (usually in Q4) we limit the number of new partners coming into the program so that we can focus our staff on our existing partners and production as the holiday season orders start coming in.  Usually this is 10 per week.  Due to the extremely high volumes already, we are immediately implementing a 20/month limit for the rest of the year.  If you are a store in development but have not yet requested the app invite, we recommend that you do so now.  We already have the first 12 stores for September.
