Q4 is officially here!

This means different things in different businesses but in the drop ship coffee world, it means opportunity.

You will likely see >50% of your stores sales this quarter.  You will have the opportunity to share your coffee in new places, at events and to new buyers. We recommend that you sign up to sell at every opportunity you get and if you need help with compliance documents for event hosts, farmer's markets and any other place you can sell, just let us know.

Here in the roastery, it means we have completed expansion, welcomed new staff and just in time (Saturday) we completed installation of our latest roaster.  A huge shout out to the folks at AMBEX and the pros from 3rd Generation HVAC for the install.  With this plus the addition of 5 new fulfillment lines, we are ready for the surge in orders.  (yes, this completes our year long plan of moving company wide from STA to AMBEX.  We love the reliability, availability of parts and fantastic customer service - was hard to say goodbye to the STAs but it was time).  This machine allow our roasters (the humans) to do amazing things with fantastic coffee from our great farms.

We are already seeing large increases in order volumes with September again breaking sales records.  SSS were up 34.9% year over year.  

This months training is Improving Sales: Using the demand survey to give buyers what they want.  It will be on October 11th @ 13:00 Pacific.  An invite will automatically be sent to all of our active dropship partners and don't hesitate to request an invite if you don't see it.  This ZOOM call is 100% focused on how to grow your business using our best practice model.
