Welcome to Spring and the Start of Cold Brew Season!

 Good afternoon private label partners.

Spring is in the air and with it comes the increase in demand for Cold Brew.

Be sure you have a great cold brew offering and tips and hints on how to make it. You can use COLD or any coffee that fits your niche/market demand.  Remember any coffee can be made as cold brew.

We hope you had the chance to attend this month’s training session and if you were struggling, have implemented the  info from the Q1 sessions to launch or relaunch your store.

Demand for specialty grade coffee continues to be extremely strong despite the crisis in the supply/pricing side of things.

PRICE UPDATE:   We are still closely monitoring the market to ensure that our price increase reflects actual increases in the market and not any sort of price spike.  Please do not wait for your COGS to go up to increase your prices to match the stores in your competitive set.  While we have the benefit of long term planning and forward purchasing, many of your competitors do not and will have already reacted - be sure that if you are beyond the credibility hurdle that you match their pricing.  If you are a new store and still working on credibility, you will likely want to continue at the $20.00 +/- price point.  If you are struggling to know where you fit in this, don’t hesitate to ask and of course, it is a topic of all of our training/partner meetings.

Fulfillment Times - All lines are running at 1-3 business days from order receipt to shipment.

This group has done such a great job at producing both a clean tasting and ‘clean’ coffee that we had this lot tested for heavy metals, mycotoxins and Glyphosate and 500 other compounds including pesticides..  All came back negative making this a truly clean coffee.
