Welcome to Temecula Coffee Roasters Fairtrade Program!
This unique program allows us to add drop ship and private label stores to our Fairtrade program. You can fully participate in the use of information, logos and advertising materials.
The cost to onboard this program is $299.
Additionally, you must also subscribe to the $29.00/month subscription.
These fees cover the administration and participation costs to participate in the Fairtrade program.
FT coffees are listed separately and have a premium cost.
Only those participating in the program may list and sell the FT skus.
Program Costs.
Fees cover participation, program costs, and verification.

1 time cost to join and be added to our roster and to cover the administration costs of your brand being in the program $299.00. Non-refundable.

Monthly cost to continue to participate $29.00.

To use the program, you must have paid the ‘onboarding fee’ plus have an active subscription.

Fairtrade coffee has a premium over non-Fairtrade single O product. This cost is market-based and may increase.

Fees are not refundable, and the program may be modified at any time based on what is necessary to maintain the program.

Stores that violate the terms of use or in any way violate Fairtrade’s policies will be removed from the program, lose the right to use the logo, and orders submitted with FT SKUs will be rejected, canceled, and refunded. The refund will be less any applicable processing and costs associated with manually canceling the order.

Paying the onboarding costs represents an acceptance of these terms. No other guarantees or assurances are made. The program is being presented as represented with the understanding that it is unique, not guaranteed in any way, and may need to be altered to make it viable.

All of our products are shipped in curbside recyclable mailers and boxes.
We ship all retail orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Orders ship the day roasted/packed and are generally delivered to customers in 3-4 business days.
