If you love Chocolate covered Coffee Beans, and you like to make homemade treats, this is it! These caramel beans make THE BEST chocolate covered coffee beans ever! You can actually taste the caramel, no kidding, and chocolate covered beans are so easy to make. Tedious, but easy, lol. For me, the easiest way was to just spread out a bunch of beans on parchment paper, placed on cookie sheets. Make sure your beans have space between them. Then I microwave melted my favorite chocolate with a bit of coconut oil, to make the chocolate more of a dipping consistency. I then dipped each bean, then went back over every bean drizzling more chocolate on top of each. By the time you go back over them, your chocolate will have cooled off and thickened to make a nice thick coating of chocolate on the beans. Now just let them harden off at room temp or place them in the fridge. Store in air tight containers. Bet you can't stop eating them!
