Subscription Pricing & Program Launch

• Introductory subscription fee is $19/month.

  • Subscribers who enroll at $19/month will lock in that price for the life of the program, provided they maintain continuous enrollment without interruption.

  • Cancellation or failure to pay will forfeit the locked-in rate; re-enrollment will be at the then-current prevailing subscription fee.

• Fee increases to $29/month on October 1, 2025.

• Full program launch planned for 2026 with a subscription fee of $39/month.

Program Scope

• Subscription currently includes three (3) SKUs, as listed on the official price sheet under “Instant Coffee” and “Mushroom Coffee.”

• Products, SKUs, or program features may change at any time without prior notice.

Subscription Requirement

• An active subscription is required to:

  • Upload product labels for approval, and

  • List and sell the covered Instant and Mushroom Coffee products.

• Accounts without an active subscription are not authorized to list or sell these SKUs.

Cancellation Policy

• Subscribers may cancel at any time without penalty.

• Cancellation will immediately revoke access to product uploads, label approvals, and the ability to sell subscription-based products.

• Re-enrollment after cancellation or non-payment will be subject to the prevailing subscription rate.

No Guarantee of Sales

• Temecula Coffee Roasters does not guarantee any minimum sales, revenue, or business success under this program.

• The total number of SKUs or products available at any given time is not guaranteed and may vary.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • Subscription is available only to approved brand partners in good standing.

   • By enrolling, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts for your business.

2. Payments & Billing

   • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

   • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

   • Failure to maintain payment will result in immediate suspension of access.

3. Program Changes

   • Temecula Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program, pricing, or SKUs at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

   • All recipes, processes, and product formulations remain the sole property of Temecula Coffee Roasters.

   • Subscription does not grant any ownership rights.

5. Compliance

   • All labels, claims, and product descriptions must comply with applicable FDA, CDPH, and other relevant regulations.  Brands who fail to comply will have their participation revoked and will forfeit any fees paid.

   • Subscriber is solely responsible for compliance on their sales channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temecula Coffee Roasters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from participation in the subscription program.

7. No Warranties

   • Products are offered “as-is” and “as available.”

   • Temecula Coffee Roasters makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

   • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California.

9. Termination

   • Temecula Coffee Roasters reserves the right to terminate subscriptions at its sole discretion for non-compliance, misuse, or abuse of the program.
