Collective Membership provides coffee and tea brands access to education, shared credibility, and participation in a real roasters collective.

This program is designed for brands that want to operate with the support, knowledge, and positioning of an established roasting collective rather than operating in isolation.

Members benefit from group training, shared operational standards, and the ability to accurately represent participation in a collective that sources and roasts coffee together.

Approved Collective Language

Collective Members may accurately state:

“We are a member of a roasters collective, and as a collective we source, profile, and roast our coffee.”

This language reflects shared operations and collective participation and may be used on websites, marketing materials, and brand communications while membership is active.

Important Limitations

Collective Membership does not imply individual ownership of sourcing operations, roasting facilities, or green coffee inventory.

Brands may not represent themselves as independently sourcing or roasting coffee unless separately authorized.

Use of collective language must remain accurate and within the scope of membership.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

This service is available only to brands actively producing with Temecula Coffee Roasters.

Membership benefits apply only while the subscription is active.
Misrepresentation of collective participation may result in termination of the membership.

Subscription & Billing

The subscription renews monthly at $50 and is billed automatically through PayWhirl.

There is no long-term commitment.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel at any time through your PayWhirl customer portal or by submitting a written cancellation request.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Upon cancellation, all references to Collective Membership and collective language must be removed from websites, labels, marketing materials, and brand communications.

It does not provide regulatory approval, legal advice, or certification.
It does not guarantee wholesale acceptance, sales performance, or marketplace approval.

Each brand remains solely responsible for labeling, compliance, and all claims made to consumers, buyers, and regulators.
