This program is built for founders who are beyond the basics and ready to focus on scaling, optimization, and long-term brand growth with guidance from an experienced roasting and operations team.

Elite partners receive individualized attention, priority support, and expanded operational capabilities across production and fulfillment.

What’s Included

Elite Business Partner Program includes everything in Business Builder, plus:

Monthly 1:1 Business Development Support

One self-scheduled one-on-one session per month focused on strategy, operations, pricing, product mix, channel planning, and growth initiatives.

Ongoing Priority Email Support

Ongoing priority email access to our team for operational questions, guidance, and support related to your business.
Messages from Elite partners are prioritized and responded to within a reasonable timeframe during normal business operations.

Priority Fulfillment

Priority fulfillment providing the fastest possible fulfillment times within standard production and operational constraints, supporting active and growing brands.

Advanced Fulfillment Options

Access to expanded and customized fulfillment capabilities, including specialized packaging workflows, inserts, custom kitting, and operational optimization.
Most advanced fulfillment features involve additional costs and are not included in the monthly membership fee.

Collective Fulfillment & Return Address Usage

Packages will ship from the Roasters Collective, with outbound and return shipments displaying
Roasters Collective, Oceanside, CA 9XXXX as the shipping origin and return address.

Use of the collective address is available only while the Elite Business Partner subscription is active and applies to approved fulfillment workflows.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

This program is available only to brands actively producing with Temecula Coffee Roasters.

Participation is subject to capacity and operational fit.
Misrepresentation of partnership scope or benefits may result in termination.

Subscription & Billing

The subscription renews monthly at $250 and is billed automatically through PayWhirl.

There is no long-term commitment.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel at any time through your PayWhirl customer portal or by submitting a written cancellation request.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Upon cancellation, priority fulfillment, advanced fulfillment access, strategic support, priority email support, and use of the collective shipping and return address are discontinued.
